1. Eligibility: The "Free Fireworks for Life" Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry. Employees of Franciscan Fireworks, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Entrant ("You") agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Franciscan Fireworks as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes ticket distribution begins on May 16, 2026, and will conclude on July 3, 2026, at 9:00 PM, or when promotional ticket supplies are fully exhausted, whichever comes first.

4. How to Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter. Entry tickets can be acquired through several different authorized methods designated by Franciscan Fireworks, including in-person events, instore promotions, and community giveaways, while supplies last. Entries that are incomplete, counterfeit, or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Franciscan Fireworks.

5. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive "Free Fireworks for Life." This prize is strictly defined as an allotment of fireworks with a maximum retail value of $250.00 per calendar year. This annual prize is valid for the duration of the Winner's natural life, or for the duration of Franciscan Fireworks' continuous business operations, whichever period is shorter. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Franciscan Fireworks' discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entry tickets successfully distributed and received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by a random drawing from all distributed tickets. The drawing will be broadcast live on the Franciscan Fireworks Facebook page between 10:00 PM on July 3, 2026, and 2:00 AM on July 4, 2026.

You do NOT need to be present at the drawing to win.

If the Winner is not present, they will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry within five (5) days following selection of the Winner. Franciscan Fireworks shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings, or for a Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within thirty (30) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that Franciscan Fireworks, anyone acting on behalf of Franciscan Fireworks, and Franciscan Fireworks’ licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

9. Release of Liability and Safety Warning: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Franciscan Fireworks and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

SAFETY ADVISORY: The Winner assumes all legal and financial liability for the transportation, storage, and use of the prize. The Winner is strongly advised and expected to read, understand, and strictly adhere to all safety requirements, warnings, and instructions provided on the fireworks procured, and to obey all applicable local, state, and federal fireworks laws.

10. Terms & Conditions: Franciscan Fireworks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Franciscan Fireworks’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

11. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
